Taking the guesswork out of marketing

FitnessGenes interprets customers’ DNA and helps them build muscle, burn fat, and lead a healthier, longer life. Founded by Dr Dan Reardon, their scientific approach gives customers precise exercise and nutrition plans that are tailored to their individual bodies and goals.

They have selected us to help develop a more science-based approach to SEO, content and persona driven marketing. As L2inc say, genius digital brands also offer highly personalised experiences, targeting the individual.

‘We want to take the uncertainty out of achieving our marketing goals in the same way as our FitnessGenes solutions remove uncertainty for our customers’. ‘Bray Leino Yucca’s proven Customer Experience (CX) led approach resonates with our own science driven efficiency’ says Ian Baynes, Chief Revenue Officer, FitnessGenes.

Alan Thorpe, Managing Director, Bray Leino Yucca says, ‘We’re absolutely thrilled to partner with a game-changing client like FitnessGenes. It’s hard to imagine that anyone who is serious about fitness would not want to start by first understanding the intricacies of tuning up their own engine.’ Which is precisely where Alan started. And this is what he’s learned about his DNA from FitnessGenes.

  • I turn my food into heat more than most and this costs energy. This makes a lot of sense since, on bike rides over 50m, I’ve previously ‘bonked’ (the cyclist’s term for an energy crash). I now eat more during rides and cycling is a whole lot more enjoyable.
  • I quickly metabolise caffeine. Well we all know caffeine is a stimulant, so why not enjoy all the benefits? So I sup up just before exercise.
  • My DNA makes improving my VO2 max hard. I’ve run a half marathon with pretty much no training and only improved by 2 mins after several months of steady distance running. FitnessGenes have recommended High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT).
