Hft launches new website

We’re delighted to announce the launch of the new website we’ve built for our client Hft.

Having a charity like Hft as a client is hugely rewarding in itself, but it’s also been really satisfying working on a project where we’ve been involved from beginning to end, from initial concepts and strategy to copywriting and illustration.

Celebrating their 50th anniversary this year, Hft supports adults with learning disabilities and their families in England. The charity focuses on helping people to live life the way they choose. This could mean using innovative personalised technology to enable people to live independently, supporting people to find a job or meet new friends, or offering short residential breaks to give families and loved ones respite.

Hft has a diverse target audience, including people looking for support and their families, carers, local authorities, supporters of the charity, jobseekers, and volunteers. We undertook thorough user testing via online surveys and one-on-one interviews to ensure a seamless user experience across all audience types.

The site incorporates a range of practical information, case studies and advice, as well as functionality which allows Hft to receive job applications online. 

Built on EPiServer, an easy-to-use content management system allows Hft’s internal team to make regular changes to the site, ensuring that it’s always fresh and appealing and encouraging repeat visits.
