Account Manager

Salary : £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience + benefits

Our Account Managers are ambassadors for our clients and our agency. They build strong relationships with, and have a rich understanding of, our clients’ goals. They ensure that the work we do for them is insightful, results-driven and brilliant.

What will I be doing? 

The role we’re looking to fill is working with one of the fastest growing accounts in the agency! We are working with our sister agency that specialises in Events and this role will be the pivotal point of contact between their growing team and the Bray Leino Yucca creative, financial and technical teams. The fast-paced growth of this stream of business requires a process focused person with excellent communications skills, both for internal and external stakeholders. 

This role is a new and exciting one for the agency, we are working with the Events team to define processes, so if you have great ideas on how to make things work more efficiently and effectively we would welcome these innovative approaches and incorporate them into the overall structure of the account.  

You will:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of designated account(s) alongside senior colleagues.
  • Own briefs from start to finish, from both a client and internal agency perspective
  • Ensure regular client updates, and manage any changes to planned activities that may occur.
  • Maintain awareness and understanding of current issues relating to client and product / service area.
  • Demonstrate innovation and creativity beyond client ideas.
  • Take responsibility for accurate billing and forecasting, awareness of budgetary status always to ensure account budget not exceeded and ensure project profitability.
  • Help lead on strategic planning for clients
  • Manage the projects from initial brief through to delivery working alongside Project Managers and other team members
  • Review monthly activities and provide executive summary for each client

What will I need?

  • Previous experience in a similar role in an agency environment.
  • Ability to own client relationships.
  • Competent managing campaigns.
  • Written communication is clear and succinct and adapted to style of target audience.
  • Sells benefits of proposed activities convincingly to clients in both verbal and written form.
  • Presents confidently, clearly and concisely.
  • Verbal communication is clear and includes questioning and active listening.
  • Is motivated to develop self and keeps abreast of current thinking in area of expertise.
  • Manages time well by establishing priorities and anticipating problems to meet deadlines.

Midweight Backend Developer

Salary : £32,000 - £38,000 depending on experience + benefits

What will I be doing? 

  • Building content managed websites, eCommerce websites and complex web applications.
  • Taking ownership of projects to ensure they meet strategic and functional requirements.
  • Introducing new ideas, both for the direction and implementation of our products and for the processes and culture of the company.
  • Progressive development of CRM web applications for one of our major clients.
  • Integrating web applications with third party APIs and payment systems.
  • Tailoring web experiences based on customer data using personalisation tools.
  • Researching and selecting appropriate AI tools to better optimize user experience.

What will I need? 

You’re a backend developer experienced in the Microsoft stack who writes elegant and well-documented code. You’ll need to stay on top of the latest trends while having a genuine desire to experiment, research and develop new ideas.

You’ll also need:

  • ASP.NET MVC and Web API(C#)
  • Umbraco
  • Database design using the Entity Framework and MS SQL.
  • Microsoft Azure(PaaS)
  • A familiarity with DevOps and continuous integration such as GITLAB, Team city or similar.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment.

It’d be great if you have:

  • A passion and interest for modern JavaScript using Node.js (Express, React, ES6)
  • You are excited by the cross-platform capabilities of .Net core.

Midweight Digital / Technical Project Manager

Salary : depending on experience + benefits

Do you have experience in delivering digital projects across a range of technologies, and taking strategies, proposals and concepts through the whole project lifecycle to delivery? Do you want the opportunity to work for a top 20 integrated communications company? If so, we could have the perfect job for you! 

What will I be doing? 

Our Project managers play a crucial role in the delivery of our projects whilst also maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high performance standards. They make sure we’re delivering the best work that we can but just as importantly, think very hard about why we’re doing it in the first place.

Reporting to the Project Director you’ll be the project lead across a portfolio of clients and you will:

Manage integrated campaigns by balancing scope, time, cost and quality.
Act as liaison, and collaborating with key departments to ensure requirements are met.
Produce and manage project costs and timings.
Identify how to deliver the best creative without compromising the schedule or budget.
Produce, manage and control project scope and the change control process.
Use internal and external client status meetings to drive project delivery.

What will I need? 

Experience in delivering digital projects across a range of technologies
Taking strategies, proposals and concepts through the whole project lifecycle to delivery
At ease with working alongside creative and technical teams as well as working in partnership with client services teams and our clients
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, challenged by accountability
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
Strong understanding of digital, data and direct technologies.

(Senior) Account Manager

Salary : Up to £34,000 depending on experience + benefits

What will I be doing?

As (Senior) Account Manager you'll be working across a number of clients from automotive and healthcare to higher education and property accounts. This role will offer a challenge to an experienced Account Manager looking to work in a fast-paced agency environment. Take the lead on working across broadcast media, online and digital channels, budgeting and managing day-to-day client relationships.

You will:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of designated account(s) alongside senior colleagues.
