Andrews wanted to give this control back to the consumer by facilitating the management of their sale or let whilst simultaneously providing the expertise and reassurance of a property specialist.

The big 3

Brief:

Andrews required a digital device that would give their vendors more control over the sale of their property, whilst still offering them specialist support and advice.

Response:

We designed and developed the My Andrews app to allow sellers and landlords to manage the sale and let of their property from their mobile. The app allows users to toggle between five simple functions: Profile, Properties, Viewings, Offers and Summary.

Results:

So far Andrews have 360 users trialling the app. The area of the tool giving users access to all viewings scheduled for the property has been the most popular to date with over 13,000 screen views.
