Traffic to our site from mobile devices doubled in the two years before launch, so it made perfect sense to create a mobile app. This has added significant value to the overall customer experience, providing them with more control by combining the best of a traditional and modern estate agency. Suffice to say the app is an instruction winner!

Challenge

Andrews required a digital device that would give their vendors more control over the sale of their property, whilst still offering them specialist support and advice.

Approach

We designed and developed the My Andrews app to allow sellers and landlords to manage the sale and let of their property from their mobile. The app allows users to toggle between five simple functions: Profile, Properties, Viewings, Offers and Summary.

Results

Andrews have over 500 regular users of the app, with over 2,000 customers having been active users during their property transactions over the last year. The area of the tool that provides access to all viewings scheduled has been the most popular, with nearly 2 million screen views.
