Brief

Create a destination that offers consumers the same premium service and expertise that they receive in-store. Sell 25% more online.

Response

We created an intuitive site structure which aimed to balance the needs of the user and search engines alike. Customer reviews, opportunities to ‘Ask the Expert’, clear sizing guides and recommendations on alternative products all combine to deliver an experience Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports customers would expect.

Results

The Ellis Brigham and TSA sites delivered a 70% uplift in both conversion rate and transaction volume, together with a 103% increase in revenue. Underlining these figures are a 97% increase in conversion from organic sources, a 95% increase in conversion rate from mobile and a 20% increase in sales from tablets.
