Ocean challenged us to deliver a stand-out website that would enable lead generation through engaging, relevant content. Crucially, the site also needs to work seamlessly across all devices and replicate the high level of service delivered in branch.


The site was developed using the Homeflow platform to deliver property searches and content. This fresh, engaging site facilitates powerful search and delivers fast results. Stunning video and location imagery ensures stand-out and achieves maximum user engagement.


The site pages have been designed to clearly demonstrate Ocean’s knowledge of the local area, providing significant benefits for search engines and ultimately users. In the first month following go live, the site received the same amount of valuation requests as the previous 12-month period.
